The convenience to Mayo Clinic couldn’t be better. The room had been upgraded and was nice, the bathroom was small and there was not enough soundproofing in both the room and bathroom. Parking is an extra cost, they say is $24.00 but in reality it was $25.95

The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot.
The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street.
